Fees and Payment Flexibility

Oak Tree Counseling accepts most insurance plans and Medicaid. Our mental health counseling is available on a sliding fee scale. We will set up a payment plan to meet your budget.

We are able to offer counseling to anyone in need, thanks to contributions from individuals, support from United Way, and City of Bloomington Community Development Block Grand Funds. Indiana Family and Social Services Administration also enables us to provide some free services for families with children at risk of abuse/neglect.
